Fudco Chick Peas. Chick Peas is also called Ceci or Chana. They are light brown and pale in colour. Their texture turns firm and tender once cooked. They add good colour and flavour to dishes. Chick Peas are used in salads, curries and soups. In north India, they are used to make a popular dish called Chola masala.
Natco Brown Chick Peas. Brown Chick Peas has several names such as Kala chana, Desi chana, Bengal Gram and desi Chickpea. They are much smaller than the regular chickpea and are dark brown in colour and has a nutty flavour. They are ideal for curry, soups and salads.
